Are 8 Octave supplements safe and certified?
Yes. All our products are FSSAI, HACCP and GMP certified and manufactured under strict quality control using premium ingredients.
How do I place an order?
Choose a product, click Buy Now, scan the Paytm QR code shown on the product page to pay via any UPI app, then click "Open WhatsApp" — a pre-filled message opens with your product details. Fill in your delivery info and send the payment screenshot on the same WhatsApp chat.
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI via the Paytm QR shown on every product page. Compatible with Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, Amazon Pay and all UPI apps.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–7 business days across India after payment verification. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Can I return or refund my order?
Refunds are available for unopened products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Yes. Start with the recommended serving on the label. For pre-workouts, always assess tolerance with half a scoop first.
